Pediatric dentists love treating children, so why is it that so many of our colleagues are fearful of adding more kids to their practice? Once you learn the tools necessary to treat kids in a safe and fun manner, adding them as an integral part of your practice is as easy as ABC!
In this first in a series of lectures, we will focus on the restorative aspects of pediatric dentistry. Just like in general practice, technology and development has also occurred in pediatric dentistry. In this presentation, we will cover the most common clinical procedures in pediatric dentistry with practical tips to help shorten your learning curve. Learning to become more efficient in your dental techniques can directly result in faster treatment for your younger population.
Future lectures will focus on behavior management and communication that will only make you better at treating children when combined with the new techniques that you will learn. Our ultimate goal is to lead you to successful visits for the patient and practitioner.
